At Hammer & Thread, we put our heart into every design we create — and we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've got your back. Here's how our return and refund process works.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to start a return. Returns received after this window may not be accepted.
All approved refunds are issued as store credit to use on hammerandthreads.com. We don't issue cash or credit card refunds.
What Can I Return?
We accept returns on items that are:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original packaging and condition
- Returned with all original tags and labels still attached
Non-Returnable Items — Some items can't be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Hats (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made items
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be in resalable condition. If an item comes back worn, washed, or altered in any way, we won't be able to process the return — so please make sure everything is in its original state before sending it back.
Multiple Returns
Each return must be packaged and shipped separately. Combining multiple returns into one package without a return authorization may result in delays or rejection.
When Will I Get My Store Credit?
We process store credits as quickly as possible once your return is received and inspected. You'll receive your credit via email, linked to your Hammer & Thread account. If your original purchase used a mix of payment methods, credits will be applied back in the same proportion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or with a defect, please don't stress — just reach out to us at support@hammerandthreads.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we'll take care of you right away.
